Dr Anthony Bannon (GDC 194520) is the Practice Principal and graduated from Cardiff University in 2010.
After completing Vocational Training in South Wales he moved to Glasgow spending a further year working in the University Dental Hospital treating complicated root canal cases.
He successfully passed his MFDS examinations and is a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, Glasgow and holds a Diploma in Dental Implantology.
After returning to Wales in 2014 Anthony settled down in Penarth and took over the reigns at Penarth Dental Healthcare in 2018.
Anthony enjoys all aspects of dentistry particularly dental implants, cosmetic fillings, tooth whitening and crowns and putting nervous patients at ease. He lives locally with his wife, two young daughters and border collie and spends his free time running and following Ulster Rugby and Manchester United.
Dr Christine Bannon (GDC 243668) graduated from the University of Glasgow. After achieving a First Class Honours in Biomedical Science she pursued a career in Dentistry.

Having completed post graduate training in Paediatric dentistry, Orthodontics & Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery while passing her Royal College exams (MFDS RCPSG) Christine decided to work alongside Anthony in setting up a family dental practice.
​
As the orthodontic provider in the practice, she offers both Six Month Smiles and Invisalign and has a keen eye for all things Oral Surgery related.
Dr Rachel Hughes (GDC 259148) Associate Dentist and graduated from Cardiff University in 2015. She joined the team in 2022.

Rachel enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is a qualified Invisalign provider.
​
In her spare time Rachel enjoys eating out, walking her labrador Monty and sampling different restaurants around South Wales with her husband.
​
She is training hard for the Hyrox Crossfit games and is planning her honeymoon.

Ciara Bibey - Therapist (GDC 317951) BSc Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy University of Birmingham joined the team in September 2024 and provides both hygiene and restorative care to our patients. In Ciara's free time she enjoys training her new puppy, escaping in her camper van at the weekends and keeping fit.
Saffron Lovell - Nurse (GDC 308967) Joined the practice in 2020 to start her dental nursing career. She qualified in 2023 with the Dental Nursing Diploma Level 3.
"Dental nursing is very different compared to my last job where I worked as Cabin Crew. I am really enjoying my new role and I thoroughly enjoy learning whilst working."
Outside of work Saffron enjoys socialising with family and friends and loves walking her dog along the Welsh Coastal Path.

Siva Kupperi - Nurse (GDC 220647) NVQ L3 Dental Nursing & VRQ L3 Dental Nursing City & Guilds 2011 Joined the team in 2022.
Siva enjoys the surgical side to dentistry the most, and has a special love for everything involving implants.
In her spare time Siva enjoys spending time with her two daughters and enjoys cooking and baking.
Emma Screech - Nurse (GDC 303456) joined the practice in 2023 and holds a Diploma in Dental Nursing Level 3 QCF City & Guilds. Emma especially enjoys the cosmetic side of dentistry and recently completed her Implant nursing course. In her spare time she enjoys pampering her two Shih Tzus Ted & Beau and supporting her husband Matthew in his rugby career.

Karen Spear - joined the practice in April 2023 and is enjoying welcoming you all at reception here at PDH. Karen will always try to find you a convenient appointment and to answer any questions you might have. She enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Lottie Dutton - Trainee Dental Nurse - I Lottie enjoys the cosmetic side to dentistry and seeing people gain confidence with their smile.
On the weekends Lottie teaches musical theatre and enjoys helping kids build their confidence. In her spare time she loves singing, dancing and being able to perform on the stage.
